I support our clients by managing the day-to-day service needs that keep their financial lives running smoothly — opening accounts, processing transfers, scheduling appointments, and moving money. My role is to make every interaction feel seamless and every request feel handled, so clients can focus on what matters most to them.

Our success depends on trust, and I take that seriously. Whether a client needs something routine or something urgent, my goal is always the same: respond quickly, follow through completely, and make the experience feel easy. I thrive in fast-paced environments and bring the same attention to detail to every task, large or small.

My professional background spans more than 15 years in client relationship management. I spent over a decade as Director of Client Concierge Services at my previous firm, where I was involved from its inception and built the service model from the ground up. That experience shaped how I think about client care — proactively, not reactively.

Rounding out my life, I live in Dracut, MA, with my husband, David, and our two children, Trevor and Kayla. Family time is a priority, and you'll often find us unwinding at the beach.
